Thank you to all who joined us on campus for the 2017 Summer Alumni Retreat, June 9-11! And a special thank you to our featured speakers, faculty and staff (current and former), and alumni who shared their insight with those who attended.

One of our keynote speakers, Sara Weir ’04 (Kappa Kappa Gamma), President, National Down Syndrome Society, shares her view of the retreat:

“The alumni retreat was beyond incredible — I can’t think of a better way to spend a weekend back at ‘home’ engaging with WC leadership, amazing staff, our incredible professors and fellow alumni! I learned so much — professionally and personally. Thank you for allowing me to share my story — it was a true honor. It also reminded me to thank my amazing parents (which I don’t do enough and did last night) for giving me the opportunity to attend WC and for empowering me to make the most of my experiences in the classroom and on campus!”
