The Westminster men’s soccer team fell 4-0 to Augustana College on Sunday afternoon. The Blue Jays fall to 2-5 on the season.
Augustana scored a goal in the 9 minute mark to take a 1-0 lead. They scored again in the 39th minute and 44th minute to head into halftime with a 3-0 advantage.
Augustana scored once more in the 56th minute to take the 4-0 lead.
The Blue Jays took six shots with three on goal. Sophomore goalkeeper Raul Belman Romero (2-5) finished the game with three saves.
The Blue Jays travel to Indianola, Iowa on Tuesday, September 23 to face Simpson College. First touch is at 4:00 p.m.
