Westminster College (Fulton, MO) celebrates 100 years of men’s basketball in 2014-15. First introduced as an intercollegiate sport in 1909-10, Blue Jay men’s basketball dropped to a club sport the following year. In 1916-17, it was reinstated as an intercollegiate sport and has operated as such ever since. Today, both varsity and junior varsity basketball players compete for Westminster at the NCAA Div. III level.
A special alumni game will be played during Alumni Weekend 2015 to celebrate the milestone.
