Jesse Edwards Places First In Eagle Invite
Westminster’s Jesse Edwards crossed the line in 17:12.03, placing first in the Eagle Invite Saturday morning, helping the Blue Jays to a second place finish in the 5K race.
Sophomore Glen Tuebner followed Edwards, crossing in 17:24.42 and placing second. Senior Daniel Lindaman placed seventh in 18:13.92.
Freshman Chandler Yeary placed 12th with a time of 19:19.08. Freshman Nathan Wilson, sophomore Ryan Dyer and senior Spencer Woodford rounded out the Blue Jays’ team.
Westminster’s next event will be on September 13 at the Central Missouri Mule Run in Warrensburg, Missouri.
