Hart Named UMAC Defensive Player of the Week
The Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMAC) announced the UMAC Players of the Week and Westminster’s sophomore cornerback, Kyree Hart, was selected as the Defensive Player of the Week.
Hart forced two fumbles and returned one 38 yards for a touchdown. He had six tackles, including a sack and two tackles for a loss of 7 yards.
The Westminster football team travels to Jacksonville, Ill. on Saturday for their second conference match-up with MacMurray College. Kickoff is at 1:00 p.m.
