FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Fulton, Mo. ‒ March 21, 2025: Westminster is pleased to announce that Timothy S. Steinbeck of Fulton, Missouri, Class of 1982, will receive the College’s Jack Marshall Alumni Loyalty Award on April 12 during Alumni Weekend.

Originally from Higginsville, Missouri, Steinbeck majored in sociology, psychology and anthropology at Westminster while also being actively involved in Phi Delta Theta ― a fraternity he has served faithfully for decades.

After receiving his bachelor’s degree from Westminster, Steinbeck worked eight years in the jewelry business with Zales Corporation and the Shane Company. In 1990, he moved back to Fulton to launch his career in the printing industry, accepting a job with the Ovid Bell Press, now Walsworth, thanks to Westminster’s then-Placement Director Sally Reynolds.

Today, Steinbeck is an account executive with Modern Litho in Jefferson City, Missouri, where he has served for eight years as a vendor for Westminster, printing Leadership magazine and working closely with the College’s Offices of Enrollment Services and Institutional Advancement.

Throughout his time in Fulton, Steinbeck has devoted countless hours to the local community, serving on the boards of the Callaway County United Way and YMCA for nine and 22 years, respectively.

In addition, Steinbeck has demonstrated his faithfulness to the College by serving on Westminster’s Alumni Council from 2017 through 2022. He also has been involved in several capital campaigns for both the College and Phi Delta Theta.

Truly devoted to his fraternity, Steinbeck served as Phi Delta Theta chapter advisor from 1991 to 1994 and 2013 to 2018. He currently is the province president for the Phi Delta Theta International Fraternity.

Established in 2009 and renamed in his honor in 2012, the Jack Marshall Alumni Loyalty Award is bestowed upon alumni who have demonstrated exceptional loyalty, commitment and dedication to the College through contributions of time, talent and treasure.
