Special Events Planned for Alumni Weekend 2015

Registration is now open for Alumni Weekend 2015! Our largest on-campus annual event for alumni, Alumni Weekend is a great time to come home to Westminster and stay connected with your alma mater and fellow Blue Jays.

In addition to annual favorites such as the cocktail party on Friday night, Saturday’s Alumni Awards Convocation, a lecture by College historian Bill Parrish, and several new events are planned for this year – See below for a list of highlights. Register online today.

Friday, April 24

Celebrating the Retirement of Dr. Ted Jaeger, Professor of Psychology
3 – 4 p.m., Coulter Science Center Atrium

William W. Robertson Bust Dedication
4:15 p.m., Sloss Hall patio in the Churchill Quadrangle
Dedication ceremony of a bronze bust honoring the visionary leadership of Rev. William W. Robertson, founding father of Westminster College. This commemorative bust was made possible through the generous support of a Westminster College alumnus who wishes to remain anonymous.

Glow for WestMO 5K (walk/run)
9 p.m., Latshaw Plaza (Rain location: lower level Hunter Activity Center, JCI)
$10.00 registration fee. Proceeds will support Coalition Against Rape and Domestic Violence (CARD-V).

 

Saturday, April 25
