New Missouri State Representative to Speak at Westminster College
State Representative Travis Fitzwater (R-49), who is the newly elected member of the Missouri House of Representatives representing Callaway County, will speak at noon on Monday, April 13, in Room 112 of the Hazel Annex of Reeves Library on the campus of Westminster College.
The public and members of the media are invited.
Representative Fitzwater will discuss his background, views on Missouri politics and some of his goals for this legislative session.
The legislator’s visit is sponsored by Pi Sigma Alpha, the local chapter of the national political science honor society.
This event is part of the Westminster State Leader Forum, a series of campus discussions begun last year to allow Westminster students who are preparing to become the leaders of tomorrow to interact with today’s state leaders.
