National Churchill Museum to Hold Middle School Speech Competition
The National Churchill Museum is holding a speech contest for middle school students, with competitions to begin on Nov. 13, 2013. The Winston Churchill Student Speech Competition, a first for the museum, is open to any middle school student (public, private, parochial, and homeschool) in the 6th-8th grade, and will include local, regional, and state levels of competition. Student will be required to write a speech 4- 5 minutes in length on the topic “Never confuse leadership with popularity.”
