VARIETY!  Being part of the strategic projects team means I’m working and developing something new every day, from performance incentives to strategic action plans, to company-wide communication campaigns.

I also spend a lot of my time reviewing other nuclear plant processes to learn from their best practices as far as staffing, work load efficiencies, supply chain and overall costs are concerned.
