Strong Conservative Voice for College Students Speaking at Symposium

A strong voice for conservative college students will be one of the speakers kicking off the Hancock Symposium on campus September 19.

Kassy Dillon, a journalist, political commentator, and student from Western Massachusetts, is the founder of Lone Conservative, a group blog offering a campus conservative viewpoint.

As a student, she worked for the campaign of Massachusetts Governor Charles Baker and the Council for National Policy.

In 2016, Kassy created Lone Conservative, a platform to allow conservative college students to publicly voice their opinions.

She has been a staff contributor at Campus Reform as well as a contributor to Red Alert Politics and Heat Street.  She also serves as a columnist for The Daily Wire and The Hill.

She has appeared on Fox & Friends and Fox Business, discussing issues surrounding free speech and cultural issues on college campuses.

Kassy is a senior at Mount Holyoke College, double majoring in Middle Eastern studies and international relations.  She intends to graduate in 2018.

Kassy is one of the many fascinating speakers the campus will hear at “Advocacy and Activism: Leading from Where You Are,” this year’s Symposium.
