Meet the New Director of Alumni Engagement

Welcome back to Westminster, Sarah!

A former Westminster Enrollment Services department member, Sarah Munns returned to Westminster College today as the New Director of Alumni Engagement.

“The opportunity to come back to Westminster has been a dream come true for me,” says Munns, from Columbia, MO. “I am thrilled to be working with an amazing team and look forward to building relationships with all of the wonderful Westminster alumni.”

For the past five years, she has been serving as Dean of Admissions at William Woods University.

As Director of Alumni Engagement, she will be responsible planning and executing the programs and projects that engage, educate and provide tangible benefits to alumni, current and prospective students and the Westminster College community in ways that advance the missions and goals of the College.

Before going to William Woods,  Munns worked as an account executive for MOHELA,  the higher education loan authority for the state of Missouri.

During her four years of previous service at Westminster College, Munns served as Assistant Director of Enrollment Services and Assistant Director of Financial Aid (2006-2007), Regional Director of Enrollment Services and Assistant Director of Financial Aid (2003-2006) and Regional Director of Enrollment Services (2002-2003).

She also has worked at Central Methodist University as Assistant Director of Admissions and an admissions counselor. Munns holds a master of business administration from William Woods University and a bachelor of arts degree from Central Methodist College.

Alumni are invited to attend an upcoming alumni event to meet Munns, or stop by her office within the Jack Marshall Alumni Center on campus.
