Churchill Museum Gives Website a New Look

National Churchill Museum enthusiasts will be amazed by the total new look of the Museum’s website.

“We have needed to refresh the look of our website for quite some time,” says the Sandra L. and Monroe E. Trout Director and Chief Curator of the Museum, Timothy Riley. “Our new website has a more contemporary look and uses video technology to a greater extent.”

The new site makes it easier to access information to visit the Museum and find out about the Museum’s schedule of events. Churchill information and resources are also more accessible on the new site.

Visitors opening the site will first be greeted with stunning video footage of the Church of St. Mary the Virgin, Aldermanbury. A timeline, which takes the visitors on a journey inside the Museum, gives them a taste of the various exhibits.

“Our site is now optimized for the use of mobile devices, which was not possible before,” says Riley. “And it is much easier to navigate.”
