Look who’s coming with the Cardinals Caravan to Westminster

St. Louis Cardinals second baseman Kolten Wong (above) will be among the players central Missouri baseball fans will meet at the St. Louis Cardinal Caravan’s first stop ever in Fulton at Westminster College on Saturday, Jan. 16.

Other players in attendance will include pitcher Tyler Lyons, infielders Jacob Wilson and Dean Anna and former pitcher Kyle McClellan.  Emcee for the visit is sports broadcaster John Rooney.

Doors will open at 5 p.m. for the Jan. 16 Cardinals Caravan stop at Westminster. The event will held in Backer Dining Hall, located within Mueller Leadership Hall (see campus map and driving directions), and is open to the public and free of charge.

First 400 children (15 and under) through the door on the day of the event will receive a free Autograph Ticket which guarantees one autograph from each current and former player. Due to high demand, autographs will only be available for children 15 and under.

Guests are also encouraged to attend the Westminster Blue Jays’ men’s and women’s basketball games, starting at 1 p.m. Ballpark-style meal will be available in Mueller Student Center ($8/adults, $4/kids 12 and under) from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.

Not on a meal plan? Faculty, staff, and students will enjoy a special TGIF on a Saturday with FREE food! Enjoy the ballpark-style dinner in Mueller Student Center on Jan 16 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at no charge, but you must RSVP online by January 14.
