Hancock Symposium Livestream Available on Facebook Live and College Website

By Chris Cox, Web Developer in the Department of Marketing and Strategic Communications

If you can’t make it to the 2019 Hancock Symposium at Westminster College but still want to tune in, don’t miss out on the opportunity view the livestream video on the College website. Two plenary sessions and the 59th John Findley Green Foundation Lecture featuring Dr. Madeleine K. Albright, the first female U.S. Secretary of State, will be livestreamed.

This year, instead of broadcasting on YouTube, we will be broadcasting our livestream on Facebook Live and embedding it on our livestream web page, giving the off-campus public an opportunity to ask questions as if they are in Champ Auditorium with the rest of us.

You also will be able to utilize the hashtag #WCSymposium2019 or #AskAlbright to send in your questions. If your question is chosen, it will be read aloud to the respective speaker to give you an answer in real time.
