Attention, Alumni—Recruit at Westminster’s September Career Fair 

Alumni employers seeking quality candidates for their organizations are urged to attend Westminster’s annual Career Fair to meet face-to-face with students. 

The Career Fair will be held Tuesday, September 26, from 10:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. in the Mueller Student Center. 

Last year approximately 140 students visited with over 70 recruiters representing 50 different organizations, graduate schools, and study abroad programs at the Fair.   

Attending students commented on the helpfulness of the recruiters and the positive interaction they experienced.  Many mentioned that as a result of the Career Fair, they were exploring new organizations or careers they had not previously considered.  Recruiters also provided favorable comments regarding the students, indicating that the vast majority of them appeared “appropriately qualified” to join their organization.  As  in the past, several follow-up interviews and subsequent hires or acceptance to graduate/study abroad programs occurred following the Fair.
