Men’s Cross Country Takes 12th At Missouri Southern Stampede

The Westminster men’s cross country team placed 12th at the Missouri Southern Stampede Saturday morning. The Blue Jays finished with 317 points and an average time of 29:48.08 for the 8K race.

Freshman Glenn Tuebner led the way for the Blue Jays with a 34th place finish and a 27:42.69 time. Junior Jesse Edwards crossed the finish line next, placing 52nd with a time of 28:15.22.

Senior Daniel Lindaman placed 67th (28:42.95), followed by freshman Chandler Yeary in 80th place.

Freshman Nathan Wilson crossed the finish line in 135th place, and junior Nathan Fox crossed shortly after, placing 148. Sophomore Ryan Dyer (34:40.85) and senior Spencer Woodford (41:56.81) rounded out the Blue Jay team.

The Blue Jays take two weeks off before returning to the course at the Gary Stoner Invitational in Fayette, MO on October 4.
