Lutz Named To Capital One Academic All-America Third Team

Westminster senior Leigh Ann Lutz was named to the CoSIDA Capital One Academic All-America Division III Third Team. The award recognizes the nation’s most prestigious student-athletes for their performances on the court and in the classroom and just 15 student-athletes were selected for each gender in the Division III level.

“To not only be nominated, but named to the Academic-All America team is a huge honor,” stated Lutz. “This achievement, though, is a reflection of Westminster College. My coaches are proud of what I do in the classroom, and my professors are proud of what I do on the court. I really couldn’t ask for a better college community and support system.”
