Gift Provides Funding for High School Students to Attend Summer STEM Academy

STEM Academy Scholarships Now Available

Thanks to an unexpected financial gift, scholarships are now available for the Westminster STEM Academy this summer – cutting the cost of attending in half!

A limited number of scholarships are available based on a first-come, first-served basis to interested high school students. The $375 STEM Academy scholarships are equal to half the cost of the Academy’s full tuition ($750).

To be held June 14-18, the Westminster STEM Academy is for high school students entering sophomore year in Fall 2015 through graduating Class of 2015 seniors.

Students will work in the lab for real-world training with professionals, plus engage in field experience, covering 8 labs in 4 days.

PLUS – Students will earn 1 hour of college credit for completing the STEM Academy.
