Acevedo Wins High Honor as Sigma Chi’s Most Outstanding Senior in Region
Dylan Acevedo, ’14, has been chosen as the most outstanding senior among four Missouri Sigma Chi chapters. The Province Balfour Award for most outstanding senior is based on an individual’s chapter involvement, GPA, community service and leadership. The winner is selected by the Sigma Chi Grand Praetor, Andy Kassel, who oversees the Mizzou, Westminster, Washington University, and Missouri S & T chapters.
Acevedo is the first Province Balfour winner from Westminster’s Sigma Chi chapter in 48 years. He has held positions as Pledge Class President, Risk Manager, House Manager and Vice President position in Sigma Chi.
Acevedo will receive his award in July at the Sigma Chi province awards.
