Students, Alums and Faculty Recognized for Health and Wellness Efforts

The Westminster College Wellness Center is a valuable resource for students, providing services and activities which promote the development of healthy lifestyles.  We would like to recognize the following students, alums, and faculty for their 2013-2014 accomplishments:

Natasha Ives, ’13, received a BACCHUS Network award for Outstanding Alumna.  This award is based on her work and dedication to making the Westminster campus a better place to live and learn.

Dr. Kasi Lacey, Director of the Westminster Wellness Center, was appointed board President of CARD-V in Fulton, MO.  Dr. Lacey was also awarded Faculty Advisor of the Year Award at the Order of the Omega Greek Awards.

Isabel Martinez, ’16, Jamie Striler, ’16, Binju Garie, ’16, Tobey Mthobisi, ’17, Shirshak Aryal, ’16, and Maulik Dave, ’15  all completed a two day training and passed a national exam through the BACCHUS Network to become certified peer health educators.
